    Customer Due Diligence Analyst

    This company is a well-established organisation, and are seeking relevant applicants from Financial Services sector, who have a thorough understanding of exchange control, and have a proven track record of success within the field.

    Key qualification and experience required for the Customer Due Diligence Analyst:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AML compliance within the banking space
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Possession of ACAMS certification or an AML certification is preferred
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • In-depth knowledge and experience in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes and AML regulations.
    • Effective time management and organizational skills: Implement Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Simplified Due Diligence (SDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and sanction screening within specified timeframes.

    Key duties required for the Customer Due Diligence Analyst:

    • Execute and manage customer due diligence duties, including onboarding, ongoing due diligence, and terminating business relationships.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, initiating internal approval processes as necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with record-keeping obligations by maintaining well-organized customer records.
    • Support relationship managers or account managers in maintaining customer relationships and escalate any discrepancies to the CDD Head or AML Representative.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by branch management.
