About the job
We are looking to recruit focused, dynamic and motivated people into our extremely fast-paced customer service team. Travel knowledge is going to be of paramount importance in this role and we will only consider candidates who have a Travel & Tourism Diploma. You need to be comfortable working in a high-speed environment that has a constant sense of urgency, whilst always delivering work of a very high standard. Your communication, written and verbal in English, must be outstanding and you will be tested on this during the recruitment process. You must have excellent attention to detail, have the ability to multi-task and a strong desire to grow and develop. We are looking to recruit individuals who want to build a long-term career and who understand the importance of the company core values and displaying the core values in everything they do.
We pride ourselves on a family-style company culture and this value will be key to anyone who comes on board. We will only consider candidates who live in Cape Town.
