Customer Service Agent at SydSen Recruit

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 preferred
• Valid driver’s licence is a must
• Own transport is a must
• Previous customer service experience required
• Experience in car rental, hospitality, tourism, retail or premium client service will be advantageous
• Must be well-presented, reliable and customer-focused
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and overtime when required
• Must be comfortable handling and driving vehicles

Duties include:

• Handling vehicle bookings, enquiries and customer follow-ups
• Assisting with professional vehicle handovers
• Completing check-out, check-in and rental documentation
• Explaining vehicle features and rental requirements to customers
• Ensuring vehicles are clean, spotless and presented to a high standard
• Assisting with off-site deliveries and collections when required
• Supporting the wider rental team during busy or quiet periods
