Respond to and resolve customer queries across phone, email, and social media platforms in a professional and empathetic manner.
Handle product-related complaints and escalate complex cases to the Customer Services Manager and other relevant departments (Regulatory, Quality, Sales etc)
Assist in the preparation of scientific content and customer communication materials.
Support the implementation of product and health training initiatives, including the design and delivery of product training sessions.
Help coordinate customer service projects, including exhibitions, training sessions, and community engagement activities.
Build relationships & loyalty through consistent communication.
Deliver service excellence that is human, warm & memorable.
Job Requirements
What are we looking for:
BSc in Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years’ experience in customer care, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or supplement industry.
Registration with the HPCSA as a Dietitian will be advantageous.
Understanding of ethics and regulatory requirements in the health and wellness sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail, and a strong customer-orientation.
This role is ideal for a dietitian looking to apply their nutrition knowledge and communication skills in both a customer-facing and operational support capacity in the health food and supplement industry.
