- To integrate into an existing team supporting surgical in-theatre cases in the Spine Product Portfolio. Working closely with the salespeople and all key stakeholders in the area, including spinal surgeons, scrub sisters, theatre stock controllers, theatre matrons, etc.

SPINE DIVISION
- Work closely with the salesperson and sales manager to identify customer requirements, potential support, and a sales plan for the territory.

Job Description
- Salesworx Recruitment has partnered with a well-established market leader in the technical textile industry and is seeking a results-driven National Sales Representative to support and expand their customer base nationwide.
- We are looking for high-calibre sales professionals based in Cape Town, Gauteng, or Durban. This role requires extensive national travel and offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving growth across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
Client acquisition and growth
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries.
- Develop strategies to expand existing accounts and penetrate new markets.
- Manage and nurture existing customers as allocated to your portfolio
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Create and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accurately
- Track competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and campaigns
- Develop and manage customer pricing based on company requirements
Relationship Management
- Serve as the liaison between customers and the company
- Build strong, trust based relationships to encourage repeat business
- Conduct regular visits, check-ins, calls to uncover new opportunities
- Resolve client issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Use CRM tools to monitor account activity, sales progress and pipeline health
- Prepare report on sales metrics, revenue growth and customer engagement
- Analyse data to identify trends and optimise sales approach
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (2–5 years) in digital printing, industrial, manufacturing, coatings, textiles, or technical product
- Strong B2B sales background
