    CVM Administrator - Umhlanga

    Key Responsibilities

    Data Management:

    • Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate information.
    • Support data cleansing and verification efforts to ensure data integrity.

    Campaign Support:

    • Aid in the execution of CVM campaigns, including SMS campaigns, email marketing and other communication channels.
    • Help monitor campaign performance and gather data for analysis.
    • Own the day to day campaign schedule and upkeep.

    Customer Insights:

    • Assist in extracting and analyzing customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for engagement.
    • Contribute to the preparation of reports on customer behavior and engagement.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with various teams to support CVM initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Assist in maintaining records of CVM activities, processes, and campaign results.
    • Support the preparation of regular reports for internal stakeholders.

    Training and Learning:

    • Participate in specialized training sessions to develop your skills in CVM strategies, data analysis, and marketing technologies.

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Higher education would be beneficial (including specialist courses).
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Ability to extract data and present findings into reports and presentations using Excel, Powerpoint and Powerbi.
    • Experience using SQL & Snowflake.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in campaign and data administration roles. Telco or BI experience beneficial.
    • Basic understanding of data management tools and CRM systems.
    • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
