    • The successful Group Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment and selection within an in-house environment, from; building positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your clients' (internal Hiring Managers) recruitment needs and requirements, to facilitating our employee’s access and selection for internal career prospects.     Collections Agent - Umhlanga

    The detail:

    • The purpose of an Ignition Group Collections Agent is to reduce the number and value of arrear accounts whilst maintaining Client Service standards and retain existing clients.
    • Achieving individual monthly targets set on phoning arrear clients to obtain payment arrangements through effective negotiations with the clients.

    CVM Administrator - Umhlanga

    Key Responsibilities

    Data Management:

    • Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate information.
    • Support data cleansing and verification efforts to ensure data integrity.

    Campaign Support:

    • Aid in the execution of CVM campaigns, including SMS campaigns, email marketing and other communication channels.
    • Help monitor campaign performance and gather data for analysis.
    • Own the day to day campaign schedule and upkeep.

    Customer Insights:

    • Higher education would be beneficial (including specialist courses).

    • Ability to extract data and present findings into reports and presentations using Excel, Powerpoint and Powerbi.
    • Experience using SQL & Snowflake.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in campaign and data administration roles. Telco or BI experience beneficial.
    • Basic understanding of data management tools and CRM systems.
    • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

    Customer Care Agent - Umhlanga

    The detail:

    • Enhance the overall customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction and turnaround time on queries.
    • To take inbound calls from customers regarding sales, product queries and complaints and to assist the customers with every request.
    • Offer solutions with the objective of retaining customers, and initiate corrective action as needed.
    • Provide accurate feedback from issues arising from inbound calls ensuring first call resolution within service level agreements.

    BI Developer - Umhlanga

    Primary purpose 

    • This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI Reporting solutions, formulating and executing queries against the request for data, and presenting data through reports and visualization.

    Key roles and responsibilities

    • Power BI Responsibilities 
    •   Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights
    •   Using Power BI, create dashboards and interactive visual reports
    •   Define key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives and track them regularly
    •   Analyze data and display it in reports to aid decision-making
    •   Convert business needs into technical specifications and establish a timetable for job completion
    •   Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysis
    •   Create charts and data documentation with explanations of algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships

    Requirement & Skills
