Data Architect at Hire Resolve

Purpose: 

• Design and govern enterprise data architecture, defining the strategic data models, platforms, standards and governance framworks that enable trusted, secure and scalable data solutions across the organisation. 

Responsibilities: 

• Define the enterprise data architecture and target-state roadmap.
• Develop enterprise data models, architecture standards, and guiding principles.
• Design modern Data Lakehouse and cloud-based data platform architectures.
• Establish and maintain data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Evaluate, recommend, and guide the selection of data platforms and technologies.
• Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Define enterprise integration patterns and ensure seamless data interoperability.
• Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives through robust, scalable data architecture.

Requirements: 

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Synapse, and/or Snowflake.
• Strong expertise in enterprise data modelling and architecture frameworks.
• Solid understanding of SQL and modern data engineering concepts.
• Experience with Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Proven experience working with cloud data platforms, with Azure preferred.
• Knowledge of data integration patterns and API architecture.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and architecture governance skills.
