Duties :
Record, organize, capture, and retrieve data. Develop a database to capture information electronically. Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers. Provide support to management.
Capture attendance registers for Occupational Health Task Team monthly meetings. Compiling and filing statistics electronically and manually. Consolidating monthly and quarterly statistics.
Follow up on documents submitted to the Department of Finance. Provide stats of the cases to the Occupational Task Team. Keep and maintain the attendance registers and personnel records of the component.
