Data Controller- REF: JWEX02/202526

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately capture the first phase of the core data that comes through the SAP system (plant maintenance) and route /assign works order to responsible foreman / operations manager. Rectify data errors on the SAP PM system to enable depots to complete the transaction and to improve quality.
- Assist with walk-in and call-in customers to create Work Orders. Assist artisan when foreman is not available to assign work orders.
- Keep depot staff (Ops Manager/Foreman) informed on data – related matters. Highlight captured errors to depot staff (Ops Manager/Foreman) and assists them to rectify errors.
- Interact with relevant departments water/sewer related data. Filing of correspondence daily. Relieve the switchboard/Receptionist as and when required. Assist the IMIS Administrator as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 or N3 (NQF 4)
- 3 years’ experience in Data capturing.
- Experience in SAP.
