Debt Review Administrator at Atlas Finance

Job purpose:

• The candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls from customer care. Performing wide range of clerical duties, handling queries from customer care/info and comply with the SLA. Manage responsibilities and time management efficiently.

Key Accountable Responsibilities:

• Sending balances, settlements, proposal responses upon requested and paid in full letters if and when matter is paid in full.
• Resolve and responding to queries received from Debt Counselors and Administrators.
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Evaluate and verify information received.
• Work manually on Excalibur, Microsoft Word, Excel, Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Manage responsibilities with initiative, common sense and time management.

Competency and qualification requirements:

• Minimum: Grade 12
• Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF 4) 
• Competent in MS Office Skills/Knowledge/Attributes
• English language proficiency and one other South African language
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of NCA and compliance
• Strong administration skills and Exceptional work ethic
• Full understanding of Debt review knowledge
