As the Debtors Controller, you will be responsible for updating and preparing the direct deposit schedules for both Rand and Dollar transactions. This includes capturing national entries and reconciling accounts across the company. You will manage the national age analysis by compiling and receipting all allocations and handling reallocations as necessary. Additional responsibilities include generating and sending statements to credit clients, following up with clients on credit terms for payments, and addressing any account-related queries. You will oversee suspense journals, prepare monthly age analysis reports with detailed commentary, and generate both credit client reports and accounts receivable reports on a weekly and monthly basis. You will also assist with 1-cent write-offs, process refunds, and liaise with internal teams to resolve outstanding items.

Must Have:
Matric plus a Diploma/Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in debtor management
Proficiency in accounting principles with high accuracy in financial data management
Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
