    Demand Support

    • The Demand Support is responsible for ensuring that all the administrative processes are coordinated effectively within the Demand Team. He/she will oversee all system processing, including checking that all transaction processing is up to date, and accurate and that all documents are correctly filed.

    The main responsibilities of the role include:

    • Working closely with the Demand Team to support their day-to-day administration requirements.
    • Accurately capturing purchase orders and Supply Chain Transfers daily to ensure all transactions are up-to-date and accurate.
    • Working closely with our suppliers, looking at ways to effectively balance supply and demand.
    • Working on different internal systems, including Syspro and our in-house uniform ordering system.

    The experience we're looking for:

    • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Computer literate in MS Office with very good Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
    • Previous work experience or knowledge involving capturing purchase orders.
    • Excellent administration skills.
    • Experience with working on an ERP system, with Syspro in particular.
    • Well-spoken with an excellent telephone manner.

    • Someone who likes to get "stuck in", and who has a sense of urgency to deliver agreed results.
