- Experience 8 years

Requirements
- Relevant B Degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
- 8 years or more relevant experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Proven supervisory skills
- A valid driver's licence
Key Performance Areas
- Depot and Worksite Management: Co-ordinate tasks/activities associated with the implementation of procedures, including monitoring and reporting
- Resource Planning and Control: Plan, prioritise and schedule Project, Maintenance and Refurbishment work for the Portfolio
- Monitor and evaluate progress with regards to repair, construction, installation and maintenance type work for the Portfolio
- Financial Management: Develop and manage comprehensive budgets aligned with the Departments goals and objectives
- Supervision and Control: Co-ordinate and control tasks/activities associated with controlling Personnel Performance and productivity
- Tender and Contract Management: Management and administration of contracts, tenders and Service Level
- Agreements, including performing BSC and BEC functions
- Perform specific administrative tasks/activities associated with the updating and maintaining recordsIinformation related to the activities/operations, including Project and Refurbishment work within the Portfolio
- Assume responsibility for the management of all immovable and movable assets within area of control of the Portfolio.
