Managed Talent Solution, a business unit within Datacentrix is looking for 2 experienced Desktop Engineers with valid drives licence to join our client’s team on a 12-month contract based in Mount Edgecombe, KZN. You must have 3 years desktop support experience working on Dell devices and hands on experience in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft 365.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric and an IT-related qualification.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
Minimum of 3 years’ desktop support experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Microsoft 365.
Previous experience working with Dell desktops.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience in documentation and standard operating procedure development
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware.
Deploy and manage SIM cards across multiple devices.
Utilize Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager for device management.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
