    Desktop Support Engineer (Fluent Both In English & Afrikaans) Bloemfontein

    Requirements

    • Own car and valid license – Must be prepared to travel if needed
    • A+ and N+ Certification minimum
    • Passport - beneficial for possible future travel to African countries
    • GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Certification highly beneficial
    • Azure/O365 Knowledge beneficial
    • Medical, Lab or Hospital environment beneficial
    • General Desktop Support i.e. Outlook, softphone, AD management, Basic network troubleshooting, Toner replacement, printing volume reports, printer setup on pc etc.

    Accountabilities

    IT Support

    • Provide technical user/system support for desktops/laptops and user computing environment
    • Perform installations on hardware and software
    • Assist users via Service Desk process
    • Upgrades, maintenance and repairs on hardware
    • 1st Level troubleshooting and repair for domains, NOS, Networking and applications

    Printer Systems

    • Monitor and administration of printing system

    Secure File Transfer System

    • Daily support on Secure File Transfer System for users

    Regulatory Compliance

    • Conform to GCP and GLP principles (certification beneficial)
