Desktop Support Engineer (Fluent Both In English & Afrikaans) Bloemfontein

Requirements
- Own car and valid license – Must be prepared to travel if needed
- A+ and N+ Certification minimum
- Passport - beneficial for possible future travel to African countries
- GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Certification highly beneficial
- Azure/O365 Knowledge beneficial
- Medical, Lab or Hospital environment beneficial
- General Desktop Support i.e. Outlook, softphone, AD management, Basic network troubleshooting, Toner replacement, printing volume reports, printer setup on pc etc.
Accountabilities

IT Support
- Provide technical user/system support for desktops/laptops and user computing environment
- Perform installations on hardware and software
- Assist users via Service Desk process
- Upgrades, maintenance and repairs on hardware
- 1st Level troubleshooting and repair for domains, NOS, Networking and applications
Printer Systems
- Monitor and administration of printing system
Secure File Transfer System
- Daily support on Secure File Transfer System for users
Regulatory Compliance
- Conform to GCP and GLP principles (certification beneficial)
