    Digital Campaign Coordinator Team Lead

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing a team of Digital Campaign Coordinators to ensure effective campaign planning and execution, against set targets and .
    • Manage the full life cycle involvement in digital advertising campaigns from enquiry stage to campaign completion. This involves, but not limited to:
      • Tracking overall performance of campaigns and setting optimization processes
      • Training Digital Campaign Coordinators on how to manage campaigns and use the relevant software tools
      • Liaise with Marketing and the Merchant team where necessary to improve working relationships and processes
      • Managing escalations of work relating to campaign coordination
      • Working with the Traffic team to manage prioritisation of campaigns and relevant tasks
    • Work with the Advertising Sales Team Leader to find ways to improve the way Digital Campaign Coordinators work with the Advertising Sales Specialists to execute and report on campaigns.
    • Identify opportunities to improve campaign results and productivity
    • Wholistic monitoring on schedule delivery and find ways to optimize based on clients success metrics
    • Wholistic analysis of campaign performance and delivery
    • Troubleshoot targeting issues, resolve any traffic issues and reconcile discrepancies
    • Evaluation of advertising campaigns against in-house campaigns; reporting and success measurement

    Qualifications & Experience required:

    • Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Marketing/Advertising
    • Must have an understanding of digital marketing
    • Must have experience with DFP | Google Ad Manager or similar ad serving tools
    • At least 3 years digital campaign management experience is a prerequisite
    • Experience in managing a team of people

    • Ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines
    • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Confident, with very strong interpersonal & communication skills and a proven ability to build productive relationships quickly
    • A strong working knowledge of Excel / Google sheets and Microsoft Office
