    • Audit existing website content on an ongoing basis, updating copy, imagery, links, and metadata to maintain accuracy and performance.
    • Support website maintenance activities, including product updates, basic troubleshooting, layout checks, and optimisation of page performance.
    • Collaborate with Product and Creative teams to ensure product information is accurate and aligned across all platforms (website, Wetu, itrvl, etc.).

    Digital creative support

    • Source and select imagery from the Wilderness image system that best supports content objectives and reflects brand standards.
    • Resize, crop, and prepare imagery according to website and digital specifications.
    • Review layout, visual hierarchy, and page flow to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across devices.
    • Support newsletter content by sourcing appropriate imagery for media, trade, and consumer communications.

    Collaboration and workflow

    • Work closely with writers, designers, product teams, and internal stakeholders to guide content requirements for SEO, structure, and layout.
    • Liaise with camps and internal teams to fact-check content and ensure local accuracy.
    • Communicate clearly on content status, timelines, and publication schedules, managing expectations across teams.
    • Prioritise tasks based on business objectives, campaign timelines, and SEO priorities.
    • Use collaboration and tracking tools (Slack, ClickUp, SharePoint, Teams) to manage workloads and communication effectively.
    • Support the Social Media Manager during periods of leave by scheduling posts and maintaining basic engagement where required
