    Digital Platform Coordinator

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Your responsibilities will be as follows:

    • Develop and implement highly engaging and scalable activities for various channels - based on analysis of our diverse target groups and their needs & behavior in social media networks.
    • Develop/modifies/ensures proper execution of the regional/local strategies in alignment with global strategies & guidelines (if applicable).
    • Define the social media posts calendar for every channel and available tools, according to the regional and local operational marketing plans and ensure alignment of social media activities with other global/regional/local (digital) marketing activities.
    • Define and execute strategic projects (for example customer service integration, customer lead generation, YouTube channel clean up).
    • Create/organize/manage the assets for social media campaigns/activities/background noise/strategic projects by using the brand’s resources or developing new assets locally (either him/herself or through the branding team).
    • Oversee asset/copy production, and manage implementation, execution and post labelling in Sprinklr publish/engage.
    • Set local social media budgets and advertising management (definition, setup, analysis).
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for improvements to meet the reach, engagement and traffic lead targets. 
    • Monitor social media channels through Sprinklr engage and monitor outside of owned social media channels through Sprinklr listen.
    • Analyze target audiences and things they are talking about in order to generate insights and share the gained insights with the local social media specialists and the rest of digital marketing team

    WHAT YOU NEED IS:

    To be succesful in this role, you will need:

    • 3+ years social media marketing experience – preferably with hands-on community management.
    • High enthusiasm for digital marketing and social media in particular.
    • A creative mind, an eye for detail as well as an outstanding feeling for wording and data-driven approach to problem solving.
    • Proven track record of building and managing communities on social media through the use of highly relevant and engaging content as well as exceptional community management.
    • Possess professional communication skills in verbal and written English for business interactions – Arabic, French and/or Turkish languages are a plus.
    • Team player with experience working with technology, marketing, and international staff in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and communicate effectively with cross functional team members (local and international) within the organization.
    • A proactive, honest and self-reliant personality, critical thinking, pragmatic, and superb project management skills.
