    Digital Traffic Manager

    This dynamic role offers an international working environment, with three established B2B brands in the live events and digital space. Our brands are centred within the power and energy sector, acting as a primary driver of an equitable energy transition that leaves no one behind.

    The Digital Traffic Manager is a self-motivated team player focused and passionate about systems, processes, and organised deadlines and delivery. The role is focused on effectively managing all commercial contracts and materials that require fulfilment across our three international brands in Digital, Print, and Live (Digital Sponsorships).

    This person will be the point person for the onboarding of new clients and projects; the go-to person for all client queries and support; manages all materials-receiving for commercial projects; and provides the internal team with ongoing updates to ensure projects/campaigns remain on track or find solutions where there may be possible delays.

    Their work sets the team up for success in terms of well-informed clients, effective management of material tracking platforms and always ensuring exceptional client service across the brands.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Work with the Client Success and Delivery team to ensure that all project management platforms are up-to-date.
    • Monthly audits of all contracts are required to ensure efficient contract management and implementation are on track.
    • Traffic all materials required for the delivery of commercial projects
    • Manages email inbox for digital/print/live production
    • Daily engagement with clients
    • Manages link between fulfilment and finance, invoicing support and occasional forecast reporting may be required
    • A customer-centric approach to everything is essential: key supporter to ensure the customer experience is as smooth as possible, and at all times optimising for client happiness.

    Competencies:

    • Excellent business communication: English
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a client-facing role
    • Experience within digital media and live events, advantageous
    • Highly organized, and results-driven
    • Self-motivated
    • Team player
    • Driven by processes and systems
    • Enthusiastic
    • Familiar with GDPR, advantageous
