An appropriate Advanced Diploma/B-Tech /Degree (NQF Level 7) qualification Public Administration/Public Management/Supply Chain Management / Financial Accounting, Financial management /Logistics and Transport Management/Archives and Records Management with at least 5 years’ experience at a middle/Senior Management level within Auxiliary, Fleet and Finance Management environment.
Knowledge of Public Service Act and Regulations, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, Government Fleet, Travel Policies and Procedure. Knowledge of National Archives and Records Management policies. Knowledge of Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), PSR and Protection of personal Information Act (POPI) and Minimum Information Security Standard Act (MISS). Knowledge of Labour Relations and Basic Conditions of Employment Equity.
COMPETENCES: Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer literacy, Communication Skills, Planning and Organising skills, Analytical skills, Strategic Planning, Conflict Management skills, Report writing skills, Good Interpersonal relations, Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving, Project Management Skills, Change Management, Facilitation and Presentation skill. Valid South African driver’s license is essential.
Duties :
Oversee and ensure effective provisioning of fleet management services within the Department. Oversee and ensure effective provisioning of records management services within the Department.
Manage the provisioning of proper and efficient Auxiliary Services within the Department. Manage and ensure proper allocation of Parking and messaging services.
Oversee and manage policy review and development. Manage resources (Human, financial, Assets etc).
