The Director, Global Insights & Analytics, Creative Excellence will play a critical role in transforming the Insights & Analytics function (I&A), building best-in-class tools & capabilities that enable Mondelēz to develop breakthrough creative ideas and translate these into short & long-term brand growth.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global I&A, Creative & Innovation Excellence, this role requires a transformative change agent with a strong bias for action, able to paint a compelling vision of the desired end-state, while delivering short-term wins that materially impact the business. It also requires someone highly skilled in operating within a matrix, able to bring together and align cross-functional partners (Consumer Experience, Marketing Excellence, Mondelēz Digital Services) at global and BU levels, as well as our key Publisher partners (e.g. Google, Meta) and Creative, Production & Media Agencies.
