Director: Human Resources Management at The Department of Employment and Labour

REQUIREMENTS :

• A qualification at NQF Level 7 & SAQA recognized in Human Resources Management/ Public Administration/ Public Management. Valid driver’s License.
• Five (5) years’ experience at Middle/ Senior managerial level in Human Resources Management.

DUTIES :

• Provide guidance on the development and implementation of policies, research and monitoring objectives.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes, service benefits and employment equity.
• Manage the Employee Health and Wellness programmes and ensure proper planning of GDY matters within the Department.
• Manage MTEF Human Resource Plan submitted to DPSA.
• Manage all resources of the Directorate.
