Driver Operator
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Matric
- Experience 3 years
- Location Gauteng
- Job Field Driving
Key Accountabilities
- Drive/operate in a safe manner without damaging machines and property.
- Operate tractor to open roads and cut grass
- Operate tractor to prepare fire belts
- Transport labour in the plantation
- Operate three-wheeler and skidder
- Operate fire truck when required during burning of fire breaks and fire fighting
- Maintain skidder, three-wheel, labour and fire trucks including daily inspection, services, cleaning and greasing
- Report faults immediately
- Keep logbook up to date
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 7
- Valid driver’s licence code EC with PDP
- 3 Years’ experience in similar environment
- Mechanical background will be advantageous
