    E-Commerce Analyst - Cape Town

    Responsibilities:

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of ecommerce performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
    • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into online sales, product performance, and overall ecommerce health.

    Customer Journey Optimization:

    • Analyze the end-to-end customer journey on the Crocs website, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance user experience.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize website navigation, product pages, and checkout processes.

    Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in consumer behavior, providing recommendations for adapting Crocs' ecommerce strategy accordingly.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the online retail landscape.

    Inventory Management and Merchandising:

    • Work closely with the inventory and merchandising teams to optimize product listings, ensure accurate stock levels, and maximize product visibility.
    • Implement strategies to promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and special promotions effectively.

    Collaboration with Marketing Teams:

    • Partner with the digital marketing team to align ecommerce strategies with overall marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful online presence.
    • Utilize data insights to refine and optimize online advertising and promotional campaigns.

    Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

    • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through A/B testing, user feedback analysis, and continuous monitoring of website performance.
    • Implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and enhance overall online sales conversion.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in ecommerce analysis within the retail industry, preferably with a focus on fashion or footwear.
    • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a solid understanding of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and technologies preferably Shopify.
    • Product management experience
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Reporting and presentation skills
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
