    eCommerce Omni-Channel Manager

    Purpose of the role 

    • To meet our SA ecommerce ambitions it is critical for us to win with our omnichannel customers.
    • You will create a plan to unlock growth through your omnichannel retailers, driving the ecommerce agenda within the account teams and helping to embed if further within CD. You will look at total customer online performance, deliver on perfect store online and be pivotal in educating stakeholders and shaping the organisation that enables us to compete in the future. 
    • You will be external facing and partnering with retailers to drive our learning and capability agenda cementing us as industry leaders within the digital space. 
    • Internally you will work cross functionally with our global teams, digital hubs and other CD teams to grow our own capabilities in areas such as rapid delivery and to ensure we deliver a joined-up experience for the shopper across all platforms and touchpoints.
    • You will aid the digital hub in setting up data sharing partnerships and driving retailer relationships. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive capability & performance management (RSV / MSI / Search) with your key account teams. 
    • Management of perfect store online with your customers, including OLA, Search and 7OA. 
    • Drive strategic partnerships with your retailers to deliver on their capability agenda and future growth e.g., rapid delivery, extended range.
    • Manage any retailer ecommerce agreements & JBPs.
    • Upskill others on ecommerce and drive change within the wider business. 
    • Understand the shopper path to purchase, how our brands engage with consumers throughout this and obsess over how our brands appear online.
    • You will connect with the global ecommerce team to drive capability and share learnings. 
    • Aid with eNRM.
