    Employee Experience and User Journey Specialist

    The Role

    This opportunity is for an individual who experience in design led thinking and best practice to create an positive, purpose driven user experience across our internal platforms.

    We have the opportunity, with the launch of our Service Now HR platform, to create a personalized intranet experience which will enable employees to navigate to content, action tasks efficiently and prioritize their experience. We also acknowledge that employee experience is not static and requires continuous change and improvement. Therefore, the ability to measure and assess employee engagement through feedback mechanisms is crucial to the success and ongoing improvement of these journeys.

    Responsibilities: 

    • This role is focused on the 'ways of work' and how our internal systems are used and navigated to enhance the employee experience
    • Using agile methodologies, you would be expected to map out key employee journeys and milestones, identify and address pain points and to make recommendations on developing a framework to enable our tools and technologies to best support and empower our employees at work
    • Having had previous experience in UX research and design led digital journeys, you would be required to advise and implement a 'digital best practice' for our recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes leveraging our current digital landscape and existing platforms
    • Having experience with SaaS platforms such as Service Now HR, SAP SuccessFactors and MS collaboration tools is also imperative to understand the capability of our current platforms and how best to leverage and create a leading digital experience regardless of where the employee is based - at the office, working from home or using mobile applications.

    Requirements:

    • Experienced consultant in employee journeys and employee experience
    • The ability to guide stakeholders on design led thinking principals
    • Previous exposure to multiple collaboration tools and platforms such as ServiceNow HR, SAP SuccessFactors, SharePoint and the Microsoft suite
    • Takes initiative and receives little day-to-day instruction but can work within the agile framework and deliver as per project deadlines
    • Has demonstrable and successful experience working with end-to-end employee journeys. This includes the entire 'life cycle' of an employee from when they engage with our brand looking for career, their first 90 days at the company to their offboarding
    • Formal education with a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree, ideally with specialization in user journeys.
