    Employee Life Cycle Administrator

    The purpose of this role is to:

    • Coordinate and manage employee life cycle activities in Workday and on the ground with the various stakeholders relating to Sanofi entities within the perimeter of SBS P&S South Africa

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Operation

    • Create employee contracts, complete all required steps, coordinate with the various stakeholders to make an efficient and seamless on-boarding experience. 
    • Administer termination activities, coordinate collection of assets.
    • Prepare periodic reporting and ad-hoc reports. 
    • Utilize various software and systems to input, process, and retrieve information efficiently.
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

    Continuous improvement

    • Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities.
    • Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition.

    ABOUT YOU

    Qualification

    • Higher qualification in HR or business administration (essential)

    Functional

    • Broad understanding of HR process and activities (essential)
    • Awareness of data privacy rules
    • Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (advantageous)
    • Accuracy and attention to detail essential

    Technical

    • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday and Service Now (advantageous)
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel (advantageous)

    Interpersonal

    • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner (essential)
    • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with PEOPLE SERVICES front line teams with an end-to-end mindset (essential)
    • Good communication skills (advantageous)
    • Attentive to customer needs and feedback (advantageous)
