Enterprise Contracts Administrator - Cape Town at Datacentrix

Datacentrix Cape Town is looking for an Enterprise Administrator who comes from the Information Technology industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise contract management and all associated tasks relating to the creation and maintenance of contracts, schedules and annexures. This will encompass contract compliance and general contract responsibilities.
Have an understanding of enterprise products and be willing to learn and understand basic technical aspects of the products.

The Contract Administrator will be responsible the following.

• Assist with creation new contracts
• Creation of schedules and service annexures
• Contract management and maintenance
• Setup contract renewal schedules
• Implement regular contract compliance checks with all relevant stakeholders (Service Delivery Managers, Account Managers, etc.)
• Be available for contract queries
• Assist legal departments, internal and customer for any contract related queries
• Ensure all contracts are stored centrally and are secured/backed up
• Provide monthly reports for as per regional MANCO requirements
