Duties & Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Establish a work plan and resources for each phase of the project.
Confer with project staff to outline work plans, to assign duties, to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
Ensure documentation and sustainability.
Scope management: proactively manage project scope to minimise “scope creep”; facilitating appropriate decision-making to ensure project success.
Risk management: proactively manage project risks, monitor, and control action plans to minimise risk.
Maintain and develop knowledge of business processes.
Support super users in the design and documentation of new and existing business processes.
Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Utilise and communicate best business practices.
Encourage more effective use of existing IT facilities.
