Grade 12. Computer Literate Certificate (MS Word, Excel). Valid Driver’s License (added advantage). Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (must be bilingual and at least understand English).
Applicants that reside within the Midvaal area will be given preference Ability to follow & execute given instructions. Must meet operational requirements of the post. A hard-working self-disciplined person.
At least 1 year experience in data capturing within Local Government Authority or general EPWP administration roles.
DUTIES
Handles all internal queries regarding complaints. Ensures that all tasks delegated by the supervisor are done effectively and efficiently as deemed fit to be promptly attended as requested. General admin duties by. Performing fast and accurate typing duties by utilizing a word processor or personal computer to effective operation of the administration within the sections.
Capturing monthly leave transactions and related statistics/data as required related to EPWP. Perform leave administration duties. Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time.
