REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in secretarial studies, theology, bible school or psychology
• 5 years’ experience
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
• Background in Christian human resource development
• MS Office (Word and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Christian spirituality and spiritual direction
• Background in academic citing software (EndNote)
• Background in digital marketing and communication
• Able to travel

DUTIES:

• Take minutes at meetings
• Assist in preparing course training materials
• Organise events, retreats and spiritual interventions
• Project planning and execution
• Assist in the administration of academic research
• Administrative support for people development
• Communicate with coaches, Directees and retreatants
• Problem solving
• Assist with digital marketing and advertising
• Assist with editing video material
