Executive Creative Director at Salt South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• As the ECD you will lead the creative department, developing and executing creative strategies that align with the brand’s overall vision.
• You Will manage a team of designers, content creators, and other creative professionals to produce engaging, innovative campaigns that resonate with the target audience and support brand growth.
• You’ll be responsible for setting creative direction for the team, ensuring that campaigns are effective and in line with the brand’s goals and audience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as an ECD with 5+ years in an agency setting
• Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the advertising or marketing industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation
