    Executive Secretary

    Job Purpose    

    • To provide secretarial and organizational support to the Director and Deputy Heads.

    Key Responsibility Areas    

    • Maintains a diary on behalf of each of the Director and Deputy Heads.
    • Keeps the management informed of pertinent issues.
    • Arranges workshops, meetings, conferences and other ‘gathering’ of people on behalf of the management.
    • Undertakes administrative arrangements for travel for the management.
    • Types letters, reports and other documents as instructed by management.
    • Facilitates access and contact between the management and staff of the relevant division.
    • Maintains a system of incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Undertakes research for the Director.
    • Undertakes related assignments.

    • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative Certificate.
    • Valid motor vehicle driving license
    • 2 Years relevant experience.
    • Computer Literacy.

    Preferred Requirements    

    • Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Secretarial studies.
    • 3 Years relevant experience.
