Key Responsibility Areas
- Planning and organizing activities pertaining non-residential sites.
- Disposal of non-residential sites in all Low-Cost Housing projects.
- Facilitate the development of social infrastructure.
- Record statistics of submitted files to Real Estate.
- Conduct administrative duties.
Essential Requirements
- Diploma (NQF level 6) in Community Development Studies or any other related and equivalent qualification.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- 2 Years relevant experience.
- Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements
- Degree (NQF level 7) in Community Development Studies or any other related and equivalent qualification.
- 3 Years relevant experience.
