Field Service Engineer at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to assist in problem resolution.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on proper equipment usage.
• Maintain accurate records of service work, repairs, and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role in industrial equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites as needed.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
