Finance Manager - Fairlands at Salt South Africa

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify revenue drivers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Work with large data sets to extract meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.
• Perform trend analysis to support forecasting and budgeting processes.

Decision Support:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management, ensuring clear communication of complex financial concepts.

Forecasting and Budgeting:

• Contribute to the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA SA) qualification is mandatory.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in working with financial models and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years post-article experience and a qualified Chartered Accountant -CA(SA)
