Financial Administrator - M3 backfill (12 month contract) at Epiroc

Main Responsibilities

• Capital Equipment Item creation in BPCS.
• Create new Group Accounting Codes in BPCS for all Business line.
• Create Item Class in BPCS for all Business line.
• Capital Equipment Costings Calculation.
• Follow-up with the Purchase to Pay team on the processing of Production Company Capital Equipment & shipment Invoices.
• Collecting supporting Documents of specific re-charge invoicing.
• Assisting Financial Analyst with month end processing.
• Monthly recon of Prepaid Expense.
• Ad hoc functions as requested by Financial Analyst.

Required Skills and experience 

• Experience on BPCS or relevant ERP systems
• A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar field
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications and Lotus Notes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills
