Financial Administrator - M3 backfill (12 month contract)

- Qualification Bachelors , Higher National Certificate , National Certificate
- Experience 2 years
- Location Gauteng
- City Boksburg
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Main Responsibilities
- Capital Equipment Item creation in BPCS.
- Create new Group Accounting Codes in BPCS for all Business line.
- Create Item Class in BPCS for all Business line.
- Capital Equipment Costings Calculation.
- Follow-up with the Purchase to Pay team on the processing of Production Company Capital Equipment & shipment Invoices.
- Collecting supporting Documents of specific re-charge invoicing.
- Assisting Financial Analyst with month end processing.
- Monthly recon of Prepaid Expense.
- Ad hoc functions as requested by Financial Analyst.
Required Skills and experience
- Experience on BPCS or relevant ERP systems
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar field
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications and Lotus Notes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
