FMCG Sales Representative: Kimberley & Northern Cape at FS Personnel Recruitment

• Salary: R30 000 ctc pm, plus a petrol card and a small commission (Own vehicle will be used)

Areas:

• Travelling will primarily involve day trips, with approximately one overnight stay per week.
• Bloemfontein, Kimberley, Northern Cape and surrounding areas as far as Olifantshoek.

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Previous FMCG sales / account management experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of retail environments.
• Proven ability to manage targets, budgets and customer accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly sales-driven and target-oriented.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Northern Cape.
• Willingness to stay overnight approximately once per week.
• Must have existing medical aid or be willing to obtain medical aid.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Manage key retail accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor and control customer stock levels.
• Capture and process orders for delivery.
• Negotiate pricing and bulk sales opportunities.
• Identify and secure new product listings and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Participate in sales, strategy and team meetings.
• Assist with customer relationship activities and team-building initiatives.
• Work closely with Business Developers and support their development.
