Minimum of three (03) years’ experience as a Roads Construction Supervisor/Foreman. Certificate of competency in Health & Safety/Basic first aider will be an added advantage.
Requirements/Duties:
Ensure that the daily site work is done to the satisfaction of the supervisor.
Achieve the objectives of the division.
Maintenance of roads and stormwater infrastructure.
Monitor, supervise and provide leadership on the maintenance teams.
Utilise, application and track maintenance of machinery, equipment, tools and material.
Perform administrative related activities i.e: planning and reporting.
Transport workers, tools and materials.
Develop a work schedule for workers.
Solving disputes between workers.
Assigning and monitoring tasks of the team leaders
