Implement a tracking system for the Divisional Head: Strategic Cluster and Operational Support
Perform various administration support services for the Divisional Head: Strategic Cluster and Operational Support and the Office of the Chief Operations Officer
Render an effective and efficient document management system and ensure compliance with requirements as set out in the National Archives and Record Service of South Africa Act, 1996 (Act 43 of 1996)
Monitor reports on cluster compliance with Public Protector, Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act 2 of 2000) and South African Human Rights Commission matters, litigation strategy and cluster reports
