    Functional Specialist

    What Will You Do?

    Key Responsibility:

    • You will have responsibility for several projects, delivering solutions tcustomers whare globally successful.
    • Be able to work in both the functional and technical aspects of a consulting role. In technical terms you will dconfigurations.
    • You will facilitate workshops and work in teams tdeliver solutions tthe customers.
    • Demonstrate analysis skills and experience in principles of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) and related technologies to provide detailed reliable options and scoping/estimates for solution implementations
    • Assist the sales team with creating client demonstrations and showcasing the product tpotential customers.
    • Drive / Participate in client workshops to demonstrate product capabilities
    • Analyze customer business requirements and design technical solutions tmeet business goals and objectives including functional / non-functional requirements in alignment with architectural standards
    • Disposition requirements to be addressed by out of the box features via standard configuration as well as customization including the proper customization technique
    • Support the development of test scenarios / scripts and coordinate / drive client solution testing
    • Develop appropriate requirements, design, testing and deployment quality documentation to support the solution delivery
    • Provide subject matter expertise to customers including technologies and implementation methodologies to successfully implement CRM solutions
    • Effectively work with team members including partners, customers, and leaders to proactively identify and mitigate / resolve risks and issues
    • Consume and contribute best / recommended practices, lessons learned, and intellectual property (IP) tthe global Microsoft community with a focus on continuous improvement
    • Foster client relationships and engage with Microsoft and client stakeholders to drive solution success

    Who You Need to Be?

    • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) qualifications or certifications and a desire to develop various relevant skills and capabilities.
    • 2+ years of consulting experience specifically in MSD365 CE
    • Gathering of requirements, and translating requirements tCE functionality
    • Technical skillset including:
    1. Entities
    2. Forms
    3. Fields
    4. Business Rules
    5. Business Process Flows
    6. Workflows
    • Dashboards
    • Power Automate (Flow)
    • Experience working on Full life cycle projects

    Advantageous

    • IT Degree (Bcom/BSc/Btech) or similar
    • Business Analysis courses or certifications
    • Project Management or Administration experience
    • Experience with Microsoft tools such as Visio
    • Experience in Low/ncode solutions
