    HR Generalist - Durban

    About the Role

    This is a dynamic role and the incumbent will be responsible for employee relations, talent acquisition and organizational development. This role reports directly to the HR Manager.

    What You Will Do

    • Be the support and point of contact on Human Resources topics for both employees and line managers.
    • Responsible for Talent Acquisition across different levels within the organization.
    • Gives sound advice, support and execute various activities on Employee and ensure compliance with legal requirements of various Acts within legislation.
    • Provide guidance to both employees and line management on policies and procedures.
    • Provide expect knowledge, support and activities with various legislated authorization bodies.
    • Participate and have an active role in Organizational Development initiatives, Training and Development and general Human Resources Administration
    • Secure and or improve process delivery and contribution to overall high-quality Human Resources Information System within the organization
    • Provide professional HR support in all operational/administrative HR issues related to agreed activities.
    • Participates in projects and contributes to a service culture to fulfill the service level agreement with various stake holders.

    Who You Are

    • Must have Matric and Tertiary HR Qualification;
    • Minimum of 3 years HR partnering experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, and experience in dealing with SETA’s,
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and strong functional knowledge of HR Information Systems. Workday experience will be beneficial;
    • Must be an excellent communicator (written, verbal and listening) and be able to engage in a professional manner at various levels within the business;
    • Must have meticulous attention to detail, innovative with the ability to drive processes forward;
    • Must be analytical, insightful, courageous and decisive
    • Must work well within a team and be able to collaborate and work across functional teams at all levels;
    • Must have high levels of integrity, care and honesty.

    Customer Service Representative - Durban

    About the Role

    There is an opportunity for a Reporting Administrator to join our Customer Services team based in Pinetown, South Africa. In this role the incumbent will be responsible for data collection, department KPI reporting and highlight insights that drives continuous improvements and efficient customer services. This position reports to the Customer Services Manager.

    What You Will Do

    • Accurate timeous collection and reporting of key performance activities for the department;
    • Measurement and controls on all KPIs within department;
    • Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) management and maintenance for the department;
    • Trend alerts and data analytics;
    • Measure and track output of all department activities;
    • Manage the E-commerce platforms for orders, stock levels and fulfilment;
    • Updating of last mile on E-commerce orders (dispatch and delivery);
    • Manage the E-commerce return process.
    • Work cross functionally within in the team as the need arises.

    Who You Are

    • Must have matric. Preferably with a post matric qualification in relevant field of Customer Services or Supply Chain;
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Services, preferably within Medical Device or FMCG industry with reporting and data analysis responsibilities;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office with recent Advanced Excel experience;
    • SAP experience and exposure to Data Entry Tools - B1, BW and AP1 (or similar);
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be fluent in English;
    • Must have analytical skills to extrapolate, analyze and present data for effective business decisions;
    • Display excellent numerical reasoning with high attention to accurate details and deadline driven.
