• Lead and Direct the Division including Business Planning,
• Strategy Development and Improvements
• Lead and Manage the Division
• Establish and Maintain Strategic Partnerships with Government Departments, Industry and Foreign Missions;
• Oversee the monitoring of compliance of Products Regulated to the Relevant Legislation
• Facilitate the Development and Amendments of Technical Regulations in the Accountable Field
• Lead and Direct the Harmonization of Technical Regulations and Participate in National, Regional and International Forums
• Oversee and Take Accountability for the Accreditation of Inspections, Approvals, and Assessment Functions for the Accountable Field
• People Management
• Financial Management
• Corporate Governance and Risk Management;

Requirements

Requirements/ Experience

• B Tech or B Degree (NQF level 7) in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or Natural Sciences
• Post-graduate qualification in the above fields or Business Management provides added advantage.
• 10 years in the related field, of which 5 years have been at a senior management level
