    General Manager: Organisational Development (OD)

    Reference: R&S/GHCM/GMOD/003

    DEPARTMENTAL MISSION: 

    • To provide leadership and direction on Organisational Development functions in the Group.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs):

    • Develop and maintain Organisational Development (OD) frameworks.
    • Oversee and lead the provision of Organisational Development services.
    • Oversee corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
    • Management of resources.
    • Reporting and advisory service.

    KNOWLEDGE: SKILLS: ATTITUDES: CAPABILITIES:

    •  Employment Equity Act, Basic Conditions of Employment (BCEA), Labour Relations Act (LRA), Skills Development Act etc. 
    •  Change management, Job profiling, Job Evaluation, Health and wellness principles and practices

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    •  Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management/ Human Resources Development/ Industrial Psychology/ Organisational Psychology

    ADDED ADVANTAGE:

    •  Registration with HPCSA as Psychometrist or IndustrialPsychologist

    EXPERIENCE

    • 15 years’ human resources management experience of which a minimum of 5 years should be at asenior management level.
