    What you will do:

    • Outreach to newly registered and current customers via calls and emails
    • Reach out to potential customers
    • Respond to feedback on social media platforms
    • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
    • Assist newly registered customers with completing tasks within the platform
    • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
    • Answer product-related questions
    • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
    • Ask for the feedback from customers on their experiences

    What you need to succeed in this role: 

    • Fluent German and English (at least C1)
    • Previous experience in customer support/success
    • Comfortable communicating with customers via phone calls
    • Familiar with social media platforms
    • Strong communication skills
    • Time-management skills
    • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude

    Will be a great plus:

    • Experience or interest in photography
    • Experience with HubSpot
