    • Take over the leads from inbound flow, and then take them through the entire sales cycle;
    • Develop your own strategies for engaging prospects and create your own leads:
    • Demo the platform, after aligning to the prospects’ business needs and pain points;
    • Become a product expert, to become a trusted advisor to the target audience;
    • Bring deals to a close, including proposals and contracts;
    • Work closely with Customer Success teams as well as other departments (e.g. Marketing and Product) to provide feedback / develop initiatives that can help achieve goals, while adding value to the company;
    • Update and maintain the central CRM system.

    What you need to succeed in this role:

    • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);
    • 1-3 years of sales/business development experience in the SaaS space;
    • An understanding of the online marketing discipline;
    • High energy and motivation;
    • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

    Will be a great plus:

    • Experience in the IT industry ;

    • Work closely with the sales team, providing them with well-qualified leads and relevant information;
    • Continuously improve sales techniques, prospecting skills, and product knowledge;
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, optimize lead generation campaigns, and provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

    What you need to succeed in this role:

    • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);
    • 1+ years of experience in prospecting, lead generation, or outbound sales activities;
    • Familiarity with techniques and tools for identifying and qualifying leads, such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, or networking;
    • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce;
    • Experience with sales automation tools, email marketing software, and other sales enablement technologies can also be beneficial;
    • To be a self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas;
