Glaze & Product Co-ordinator at Ceramic Industries Group

Minimum qualifications & experience:

• National Diploma and/or degree in Graphic design or in a related field
• Minimum 4 years working experience in the Ceramic industry
• Working experience in tile making process will be an added advantage
• SAP experience
• Adobe Photo Shop experience
• MS Office experience

Key responsibilities/Core functions:

• Manage new product design, cost and quality
• File database (storing and editing of production and development files)
• Coordinate product development mini-runs and production
• Update master status report, master samples and formula sheets
• Ensure adherence to production plan is up to start (90% plus)
• Ensure product are match signed master before producing
• Training and build of skill in cross function roles
• Collaborate in the design of new product
• Glaze preparation coordinating
• Accurately forecast on raw materials and ordering thereof
• Creating and updating BOMs and open process order
• Continuous improvement on glazes and products
• Mill planning for production, stock control and record
• Managing housekeeping in the factory
