Global Audit and Assurance Learning Modernization Specialist
Supports the design of best-in-class learning solutions based on insights from the learner experience, findings from the science of learning, and evidence-backed practices from the fields of training and design
Supports the collaboration with the Content Development teams to understand their content design needs and support them in enabling the desired end-to-end learner experience
Identifies the best medium for delivery (e-Learning, facilitator-led, Brainshark, etc.) and coordinates with the Content Development team as needed to determine the right modality mix for content
Partners across Learning Modernization team and Content Development teams to support implementation of learning modernization
Supports ad-hoc projects associated with Learning Modernization activities from planning through to execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience
3 years experience in using learning design to create engaging and innovative experiences across modalities based on insights from learning sciences, instructional design, and related disciplines
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and Proficient in all other Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of design thinking principles and methodologies, including an understanding how to adjust learning for different learner types and use a variety of techniques to assess learning
Knowledge of user experience (UX) research, including an ability to support various qualitative and quantitative research methods
Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to identify themes and develop compelling recommendations
Demonstrated project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels
