    Global Partnership Manager - Retail & Lifestyle

    We have an ambitious brand strategy for 21/22 and central to our strategy is that we drive and develop partnerships to deliver unique benefits, offer, events and experiences across the retail and lifestyle sector for our corporate clients and concierge members globally.

    Your role as Global Partnership Manager will have independence and accountability to drive significant growth in our partnerships across the retail and lifestyle industries, identifying relevant brands and retailers, negotiating the best rates, offers, benefits and events. This will include end-to-end management of campaigns, building trusted relationships, achieving on all client and member requirements focussing on driving increased engagement online and offline. It is essential within your role that you drive internal communications ensuring all key stakeholders across content, social and operations have excellent knowledge of your partnerships. This part of the business is commercially driven, you will need to identify revenue opportunities such as commission and paid partnerships.

    Your proven expertise and enthusiasm to secure fantastic brand partnerships will ensure we’re consistently adding value to our core service offering. You will always be up to date with market trends, in demand products and brands, and what competitors are delivering, ensuring our members are receiving unique, exciting partnerships which are best in market.

    You will always think ahead, to develop and execute new strategies to deliver significant impact on growth and revenue. Your ability to drive and implement new innovations and changes will be expected and highly encouraged.

    Responsibilities

    • To take full accountability for driving multi-market partnerships and contracts you secure; ensuring you are negotiating the best in market deal on every partnerships across world-leading brands in the retail and lifestyle sector. All partnerships must be supporting Ten’s strategic growth across key markets in Asia Pacific, Latin America, North America and Europe, Middle East and Africa.

    • To maintain relationships with partners ensuring we are nurturing an ongoing sustainable relationship for future growth; repeating successful partners, challenging new innovations and driving revenue opportunities.

    • Monitor redemption, data analytics and demand of a brand or service to ensure it’s resonating with the member base. Based on this continued understanding make improvements to the team strategy by client and region; ensuring we have the right partnerships in place driving engagement, acquisition, loyalty and revenue.

    • Work closely with Content, Marketing, Social Media and Client Service departments ensuring all partnerships have maximum exposure to members.

    • To be continuously aware of competitors and what they are delivering to ensure we are always one step ahead in the market.

    • Propose and implement new strategies, campaigns and social media opportunities to impact on the growth of new and existing clients; to positively impact on NPS, revenue and increased member engagement.

    • Contribute to wider strategic goal and creative innovations for the global Proposition team.

    • To have the ability to set clear roles and responsibilities and successfully implement mass-projects or campaigns at a global level.

    • Prioritise your own work-load and effectively manage tasks to achieve deadlines.

    Requirements

    Skills and previous experience

    • Broad working knowledge of key brands and partners globally across retail and lifestyle, ideally with experience of dealing with luxury items and brands.

    • Proven success and experience in negotiating global partnerships and deals with world-leading brands and products.

    • Creative & structured approach to devising partnership opportunities.

    • Contract management.

    • Confidence dealing with global and senior level stakeholders (including CEO level).

    • Strong end to end project management skills; being able to manage highly complex global projects with multi-stakeholders internally and externally.

    • Ability to initiate and lead on multi-market business initiatives and proposal; ensuring these are aligned with the business’ key objectives.

    • Account management; to interact with Senior stakeholders building trust and loyalty.

    • Analytical decision maker; using performance data and leadership skills to drive results.

    • Great people skills; you can demonstrate the ability to influence senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business. Having the ability to work effectively and professionally during period for high pressure.
